Longterm Nanny Needed

I'm looking for a longterm nanny for our family. We are a very busy family, with 3 kids (9, 7 and 3) and another baby on the way. All of the kids are in school - but we still need very regular nanny outside of school and of course when the new baby comes. It is extremely important to me that this person is organized, tidy and clean and enjoys helping me keep the house organized and tidy! Ideally I want someone that can be with our family for a long time but I'm open to at minimum a year. My husband and I both work from home. We also have 2 golden retrievers. My big kids are very busy in sports and low maintenance. General hours are Monday 8-4. Tuesday - Friday 1-4. In the summer more like full time and after September more like full time.
