Long-Term Nanny Needed For Our Growing Family

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and organized nanny to become a long-term part of our busy, active family! We have three children (ages 9, 7, and 3) and are expecting our fourth baby in September. While our older kids are in school during the day, we still need consistent help in the afternoons, school breaks, and full-time support when the baby arrives. -Now through April: 20-25 hours/week -Monday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. -Tuesday - Friday: 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. -May through Summer: 35 hours/week (closer to full-time) -Starting September: Full-time support with the newborn and our family's daily routine What Were Looking For: -Someone who is organized, tidy, and proactive helping keep things clean and running smoothly is a must! -A long-term fit - we'd love someone who can stay with us for years, but we are open to at least a one-year commitment.
