Nanny Needed For 1 Child

I'm looking for a part time baby-sitter for our wonderful 3-year-old girl, to cover occasional date nights, and potentially some afternoons on days where I (dad) have other obligations. We prefer to get to know one person that we can build up trust with -- starting off with date nights that are not far or even at home to start -- but hopefully moving to where we would feel comfortable going to a movie or a show or something, where we trust she is safe at home with you.
