Seeking A Nanny For Our Unique Situation

We are in a unique situation where we have been medically advised to temporarily pull our son out of daycare for the first couple of months his baby brother comes home to limit the risk of illness in the home. My son on the way has a major heart defect and will require open heart surgery pretty immediate after being born and will be in the hospital for approximately one month post-op. We love that our first born is thriving developmentally and enjoys daycare so ideally we are looking for someone who has childcare or educational experience. We want to keep the structure of daycare but at home where it's fun activities such as art, learning about different topics, flashcards, sign language, etc. Other items I will need help with are preparing or heating up meals and snacks for him and washing dishes or utensils used.
