Hi, my two toddler boys (1 & 3), my husband, and a soon to be third boy Our ideal candidate is sweet, patient, and genuinely loves toddlers. We follow a respectful/gentle parenting philosophy and seek a nanny who embraces those same techniques. Hours are typically 8-4 on weekdays. Other important qualities of our ideal candidate include: - above all prioritizes safety - proactive, e. g. sees that something needs to be done and just does it - has fun playing with the kids - seeks and responds well to feedback as needed - calm & adept at gently redirecting typical toddler behavior (e. g. the occasional tantrum) Also required is an ability to prepare simple kids meals & snacks and a willingness to do light housekeeping (30 min/day) related to the kid's needs.
