Mother's Helper Neded For 18 Month Old In Carrollton 75007

We are looking for a mother's helper for one 18-month-old in Carrollton. Monday through Thursday from 9am-3 p.m. I work from home and I will handle any cleaning, meal prep and naps. I can generally be pretty hands-on, but I do customer-facing work so need help keeping the little entertained, fed and monitored overall. May occasionally need help with a diaper change and letting a dog or two inside/outside if I'm tied up on a work call and unable to tend to it. (More on the pet situation below) We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke and who is comfortable with dogs. We have 2 huskies, which are large breeds that shed a lot of fur. Although we vacuum and clean regularly, there will be fur and sometimes traces of debris that they track in (due to their nature and the fact that they are indoor/outdoor dogs)
