Full Time Nanny For 3year Old Boy

We are seeking a responsible, reliable, and compassionate caregiver for my 3-year-old son. He was previously in preschool but the classroom setting is not working for him. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for children, be patient and nurturing, and be able to engage in age-appropriate activities. My husband has a rolling work schedule so some days we will only need help till 2 p.m. I based the hours needed solely off my own schedule to be safe. He is currently in speech therapy. We have seen a huge improvement since he has started. He has always spoken but needed help clearing up his words to make him easier to understand. We are currently working on his emotional regulation. I don't think this will be an issue one on one care, but it is something we will still be working on improving so that he is ready for kindergarten when it is time.
