Work From Home Mom Needing Part Time Nanny for 9-Month-Old Beginning Late February/ Early March We are a family of 5. Myself, my husband, my 9-year-old daughter, 8-year-old nephew and the baby. My 9-year-old daughter has intense medical needs, we are not looking for care for her, but we need someone with flexibility to come in early, stay late or pick up extra hours so we can handle her medical appointments. 90% of requests for anything outside of the born is scheduled weeks in advance so it's not a last minute request. The baby loves playing with toys, being read to and going on walks. The 8-year-old loves board games, Nintendo switch, arts and crafts and science projects. The baby needs full care, the 8-year-old nephew doesn't need much except maybe lunch made, and occasionally redirection. We're looking for someone that will interact and engage with the kids. We are a very low screen time family. If they are to be placed in front of screens I don't need to hire someone for that, I could do that myself. We're looking for someone that doesn't need to be told to do things, they see that it needs to be done, and simply does it. For example: baby is dirty and they are changed, pump or bottle parts are dirty so they are washed, lunchtime is here so a sandwich is made, etc. Parking yes. Public transit, no No
