Babysitter/mommy Helper

Hello, Looking for a reoccurring babysitter and/or mommy helper a couple days a week for my 14-month-old son. He loves to play outside and is non-stop energy until he takes a nap. So need someone with energy and wants to keep up with him. I work full-time from home and my husband is a firefighter, so his schedule varies. This job would be great for someone who is looking for some extra money and who has a flexible schedule as ours is always changing days, and rarely times. Right now 3-6 is what we need, but once my husband gets his schedule they will change! I have 2 labs who are inside/outside dog who love people. Also, I will be on maternity leave from the end of Jan - beginning of April with a new baby girl, therefore need some help with my 14-month-old son.
