Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Bullard

My wife and I have a 2-year-old son. We are looking for somebody with a good personality who loves kids and animals. My wife and I both have careers; my wife's hours are somewhat flexible as she is self-employed, so with some advance notice, her schedule can mold to yours. Roughly 18-20 hours per week. If we have somebody consistent, we could add additional hours. We would like to find somebody who also could assist with light house care, assisting with dishes/laundry while our son is napping. Sometimes we will also ask for occasional date nights as well. Ideally, we would like somebody who would be interest in a long-term gig, as we would prefer to work with the same person for years to come. We also have the ability to offer a W-2 to our nanny.
