About the job
Two children: 5 years old and 15 months old Goals and tasks for 5-year-old: keep on track with homeschool curriculum, drive to scheduled activities and unscheduled activities, as time permits, to continue growth. Goals and tasks for 15-month-old: keep engaged, enrich and encourage milestone developments, and general care/wellbeing tasks. Schedule: we are in the middle of moving and setting up a schedule for the 5-year-old, so we have a good idea of a schedule for 3 out of 5 days of the week, but are still figuring out the other two days. Generally, care or help needed is between 9-4 on Tuesdays-Thursdays and we are trying to figure out what a Monday or Friday care schedule would/could look like. Ideally: Someone who is wanting to work long term with a family (i. e.: years).
