Nanny Needed For My Children In Baytown.

I work in office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays every week. I am looking for someone to be able to watch my child in my home on these days. She takes a nap everyday from 12-2:30/3 p.m. She does really well in her own setting and I try to get her out of the house once a day (park, grocery store run, grab breakfast, etc). She is currently 19 months old, but a bit delayed developmentally. I am wanting someone who can possibly work with her on certain cognitive and motor skills as well (I will give instructions on these so not to worry).
