About the job
We're looking for an experienced, nurturing caregiver to join our family a couple times a week (flexible on days) to help with our two kids: our adventurous 6-year-old boy and spirited 14-month-old daughter. Ideally, you'll have several years of hands-on experience caring for babies and toddlers. Our parenting style is playful, supportive, and relaxed. We encourage curiosity, adventure, and learning through exploration - very 'free range'. We want someone comfortable with active, energetic kids who love outdoor play, climbing, riding bikes, and yes, occasionally catching bugs and reptiles! Typical shifts would include watching our toddler at home while mom spends one-on-one time with our son after school, then swapping roles to hang out with our older child while mom preps dinner with the little one.
