About the job
We are looking for someone to hang out with our 11-year-old with autism (with a PDA profile, if you've heard of that.) He's very sweet, loves Minecraft and Roblox. He is coming out of burnout and is very afraid to be by himself. He needs help preparing food, going with him to the bathroom (though he can manage his own toileting needs - he's just afraid to go alone), and just generally hanging out with him. His twin sister will be here sometimes, especially in the summer; she enjoys crafts and baking. We are ideally looking for help 2-3 days a week in the summer, and possibly sooner, if the right person is available. We may be home while you are here, particularly in the beginning. If you're able to help with tutoring, swimming, driving kids to school/camp, helping with organizing and housework, those would be bonuses. Thank you!
