We are a warm and welcoming family with a 7-month-old baby boy who is curious, cheerful, and thriving. Both parents work remotely from home and are looking for a nurturing and proactive nanny to join our daily routine. Our home is calm, organized, and set up with everything needed for a positive caregiving environment. Responsibilities: - Provide attentive, loving care during the workday - Manage diaper changes and bottle feeding on a schedule - Ensure consistency with nap and sleep routines - Monitor and manage developmental milestones and transitions (e. g., teething, sleep regressions, solids introduction) - Wash and sanitize baby bottles, pacifiers, and feeding items - Baby laundry and tidying up baby spaces - Light housekeeping as it pertains to the baby (e. g., tidying toys, cleaning high chair, etc.)
