Background: Family of 5 with 3 boys (8, 6, & 3) with a fast-paced lifestyle in Central Austin Role Description: Main childcare responsibility will be for our 3-year-old son, with some support on older boys (school pickups, driving to activities). Must be available to travel with family to lake house or on vacations. Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week; Choice of either Tues-Sat or Sun - Thurs (3 days will be a split shift). Compensation: $27-35 per hour (based on experience) with healthcare stipend and bonus potential Seeking: 2+ years minimum experience with children under the age of 8, be personable, friendly, and situational awareness. Ideal candidate is able to keep up with a dynamic environment and work well within a team. Must be available for a minimum of a two-year contract.
