Part-time Nanny Needed For Sweet 2.5 Year Old

I'm seeking a responsible and reliable recurring sitter/nanny for my very sweet and thoughtful daughter. I am looking for someone that enjoys spending time outdoors and creative play. We have a very large and shaded yard for exploring and outdoor activities as well as a large, sunlit playroom near the kitchen and common areas. My daughter loves to read, go on adventures outside, and listen to music. I am hoping to find someone who can help teach her new skills and encourage her to do things independently. I am open to your schedule, though a consistent schedule MWF or T/TH mornings or afternoons every week would be great. We're located in SW Austin, in West Oak Hill.
