Attendant Care To 15 Years Old Seeking Compassionate Caregiver For Autistic Teen (PT Or Full-time)

We are loving parents looking for dedicated support for our severely autistic 15-year-old son. He is non-verbal, uses diapers, experiences severe anxiety, and engages in self-injurious behaviors, but he is also playful and fun despite his struggles. Ideal Candidate: Experience with autism, special needs, or behavioral support (preferred, but not required) Patient, compassionate, and reliable Comfortable with personal care (diapering, hygiene support) Willing to engage in activities to provide structure and companionship Able to manage anxiety episodes and de-escalate self-injurious behaviors Physically able to assist with mobility and safety if needed If you have experience in special needs care, behavioral therapy, or are passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals, wed love to hear from you.
