Part-Time Nanny/Mother's Helper (with Potential For Full Time) For A Sweet 1 Year Old

I am looking for a part time nanny to help with my 1-year-old. Schedule has flexibility at the moment, but ideally a couple mornings and a couple afternoons a week. There is always opportunity for more hours with date nights, weekends, and travel. Potential for full time in the fall but part time for summer. I am looking for someone who loves being with kids, getting outside, and fostering their growth and development, but also willing to help around the house when he is sleeping or run simple errands.
