Possibly starting hybrid work soon and will need help either 2-3 days a week or multiple half days a week. Baby is currently ebf, will have stock of breast milk that will need to be warmed from frozen. Planning to start blw (will continue milk as well) in the next couple of months pending on development. Baby currently takes about three naps in the afternoon. We have two dogs and a cat, they won't require care but will be present. Looking for someone well versed in baby development, kind, flexible, and fun. Baby is generally easy and sweet, though definitely does fight a nap
