Nanny Needed Part Time Ramp To Full Time

Hi our little family is looking for part time help starting early March (partial days, 2-3 days per week, hours flexible) leading to full time care 8am-4p M-F in late April/early may. The sitter will care for one infant but we are considering a baby share starting in August if the individual is open to that. Light housekeeping and light laundry would be ideal. Must have own car and be comfortable with pets. Our baby girl is a sweetie and we have two small dogs that basically sleep all day. Our home is very comfortable and suitable for someone to take care of the little one all day and enjoy the large backyard and patio. The neighborhood is also very quiet.
