I'm having a baby in April and I'll be returning to work in August. I do work from home, so I'll have flexibility with breast feeding etc, but will need help with feedings, diapering, and naps during the morning and day. I do have 2 step-children that we have 50% of the time, but they are 11 and 14 and for the most part self-sufficient and they'll be driven around, etc by their Dad and I during the day. I would love someone that could help with maintaining the house a bit too, ie cleaning bottles, washing baby clothes, general clean up of baby specific items.
