FT Nanny For Energetic 9 Month Old In East Austin - 32 Guaranteed Hours

We're looking for a full-time nanny for our 9-month-old son. We'd love someone that has experience caring for infants, is warm, a strong communicator, proactive, and reliable. Both parents work from home full-time, so we'd love someone that fits into our family dynamic since we'll be bumping into each other :). We're very welcoming, but direct when needed, so our nanny should be open to feedback. We also strongly value respect, accountability, professionalism, and clear communication. During the wake windows, the nanny should independently add a variety of age appropriate play, take the baby for a walk when the weather is nice, and attend/host the occasional play date with neighbors. Light household chores are also expected. Must have your own car as we highly value timely arrivals. COVID and flu vaccinations required.
