Dynamic and fast-paced family seeks a dedicated and nurturing nanny to join their household. They value structure and seek a nanny who has a proven track record of exceptional care and passion for childcare. As a dual-career household, the family needs someone who can provide exceptional childcare for their son while also contributing to household tasks. The ideal candidate will be a team player who has some schedule flexibility and is interested in occasionally working weekends and traveling with the family both domestically and internationally. Experience with infants, including breastfeeding, bottle feeding, sleep training, and baby-led weaning is essential. A strong understanding of child development and a passion for creating engaging activities are crucial. The family is active, enjoys travel and outdoor adventures. Enthusiasm and adaptability are highly valued. Bilingualism in English and Spanish is preferred but not required. The right candidate will be kind, proactive, attentive, communicative, and organized. Additional requirements include at least one year of experience working with infants up to 18 months, knowledge of safe sleep practices, and excellent understanding of child development. Candidate must have a valid driver's license, TDAP, flu shot, MMR vaccine, and a current CPR certification or willingness to become certified.
