A loving family of three is seeking a long-term nanny to join their household and become an integral part of their family. They currently have one infant, but hope to find a caregiver comfortable caring for both toddlers, infants, and school-aged children as they expand their family in the years to come. All candidates must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and safe, reliable transportation, as the nanny will be expected to drive the family's children in their personal vehicle. It is crucial that all candidates have at least 2 years of previous childcare experience, including infant experience. Candidates must be comfortable with one or both parents working from home, as well as occasional fluctuation in schedule when one parent is traveling for work. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to be a team player are essential, as the role includes light housekeeping and helping out around the house as needed. The family requires the nanny to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, flu, and TDAP. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday: 9am-3pm, with flexibility to occasionally work on weekends and date nights. This position offers $25-$28 per hour, plus benefits, negotiable based on experience.
