About the job
We're looking for a kind, curious, and attentive babysitter to care for our1-year-old and, occasionally, our3-year-old during the week. Ideally, we'd love to work with someone who has a passion for child development, an interest in early education, and a willingness to engage in additional training. Our kids love music, dance, art, and reading, so we'd appreciate a caregiver who can plan engaging, educational activities that nurture their creativity and curiosity. They also need support with developing independent play skills, mealtime routines, and diaper changes (for our youngest). The ideal candidate has experience with young children, familiarity with Montessori principles and gentle/authoritative caregiving styles, and an eagerness to learn and grow.
