Part Time Nanny For 19 Month Old

Looking for a part time nanny to care for our 19-month-old from 9am-1 p.m. My husband is in office 3 days a week and I am completely remote so I work from home. We are flexible and cans do M-R of M-F. We are also expecting our second baby in mid March so are looking for someone capable of helping with both children. I will be on maternity leave for 3-4 months but would like care for both once I go back to work. Our son, U loves to be outdoors. We have a community park and walking trails which we utilize on the daily. He also loves any type of water play. We have a membership where he could play for hours. We are looking for someone fun and engaging. He is at the age where he loves to pretend play but needs guidance and loves interacting with others. We have parking in front of our house and no pets.
