Id: 2476640 Children: Newborn due in April, 3-year-old 7-year-old (3-year-old is in school M-F, 8:30 am-2:30 pm. 7-year-old is in school M-F, 7:45 am- 3/4 pm. Occasional after-school activities.) Compensation: $32-38/hr based on education and experience Start Date: March 1 for a 6-12-month agreement with a possible extension. The family is hoping to hire long-term. Schedule: Fridays, 7 am - 4 pm. Saturdays and Sundays, 8 hours per day between 8 am - 8 pm to be agreed upon in advance. Family is flexible and open to split shifts. (25 hours per week guaranteed based on the nanny's availability). Option for additional hours on occasional date nights. Pets: None Location: 78731 - Highlands Park and 78730 -Near Ski Shores Cafe Duties: Work collaboratively with the parents and the other nanny/house manager as a team to ensure the kids' needs are met Provide loving, playful, and attentive care to the three children (sometimes all at the same time). Children's meals Nap routine Bottle preparation and clean Wash and sanitize breast pump parts as needed Schedule and assist with age-appropriate activities, including outings to the parks, museums, and other activities to engage the children and keep them active Drive children in the family's vehicle Light household tasks, such as tidying toys, kids' laundry, vacuuming, and putting things away as needed (i.e., loading and unloading the dishwasher, tidying the kitchen as needed, laundry as needed, keeping the children's bedroom/play area and common areas tidy) Negotiable: National travel with the family Duties to be performed when not caring for the children: Running errands Family's laundry, as needed Scheduling and supervising household vendors, as needed Taking the trash out, as needed Assist with putting away delivered groceries Organizing and managing the family's calendar Planning, organizing, and coordinating parties and events Household organization Desired Nanny Qualities: Safety conscious, engaging, energetic, creative, and detail-oriented nanny who is a strong communicator. A proactive individual who takes initiative and gets things done without step-by-step direction is important. Comfortable swimmer required as home has a pool and family does spend time at their home on Lake Austin many weekends. What are your children's favorite activities?: 3-year-old enjoys going to the park, playing outdoors, swinging (We have swings, a slide, a climbing triangle, and a gymnastic bar inside and a playscape outdoors), jumping, and playing with trucks, trains, and Magna -tiles. 7-year-old loves to be creative and do art projects.
