Nanny/Household Assistance Needed For Kindergartner In Austin

We offer a competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience, guaranteed hours, 2-weeks PTO, 1-week sick time, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, & weekly payroll as W2 employee. Our (beloved!) nanny who has been with us for three years is moving on to the next phase of life & we are hiring someone for a long-term position to help with our 5-year-old son, as well as with additional household help. He will be in kindergarten starting in Fall 2025. The hours of care with him would include picking him up from school at 2:45 p.m. & caring for him at our home until 5:00 p.m. Help around the house would include meal prep, laundry, & light cleaning. We are flexible on start/end times daily, but this might look like 1 - 5 p.m. We are also open to someone starting from Jun-Aug during the summer months & then transitioning to the school year.
