We're Hermann and Jenny, excited first-time parents expecting a baby girl in March! Hermann is a pediatric ER physician, and Jenny is an adult ER physician, so our schedules can be variable and unpredictable. Were looking for a loving, reliable nanny to help fill gaps in our schedule and provide overnight support when needed, especially after long shifts. We value flexibility and are happy to guarantee 40 hours of pay per week, even if we don't always use the full time. More than a nanny, were hoping to find someone who feels like an integral part of our family.
