Full Time Post-partum/night Nanny Needed. Full Guest Room Provided

We're Hermann and Jenny, excited first-time parents expecting a baby girl in March! Hermann is a pediatric ER physician, and Jenny is an adult ER physician, so our schedules can be variable and unpredictable. We're looking for a loving, reliable nanny to help fill gaps in our schedule and provide overnight support when needed, especially after long shifts. Strong preference for candidates with experience with infants 2-6 months. Pay flexible, according to experience. We value flexibility and are happy to guarantee 40 hours of pay per week, even if we don't always use the full time.
