Perfect Caregiver For Baby Boy

Currently we are interviewing nannie's for our future son. We would need child care stating in July for about 2-3 days a week and then September about 4-5 days a week until we transition to day care in March 2026 when he is 10 months old. This role would require light housekeeping and laundry of the baby's clothes and area. We want someone who is reliable, patient, nurturing, has a genuine love for children, can provide a safe and stimulating environment, follow established routines, actively engage in age-appropriate activities, communicate effectively, and be flexible to handle unexpected situations while prioritizing the child's well-being and development. Most importantly we need who can provide age-appropriate activities to promote learning and establish and maintain consistent routines for meals, naps, and playtime.
