Active And Fun Nanny For 3 And 1.5 Year Old

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in northwest Austin. I (mom) work from home but remain active in the day to day activities of the children. This is more of a mother's helper/household helper role. My boys love being outside and I am hoping to find someone who will engage in active and fun play while I try to get a few hour blocks of work done throughout the day. I want someone who fits well into our low key environment and is happy to help the overall household flow. Sometimes it will be playing with the boys, unloading dishwasher, helping with returns/errands, etc. We are a young and flexible family hoping to find someone who is excited to grow with our family and be a part of the team.
