Professional pre-school or daycare experience is a plus Nonsmoker required Meet the family: Friendly, happy, playful, laid back. Our toddler is very sweet and playful, and we enjoy being playful with her, but we do have rules, of course, and make sure she follows them. We put our energy towards her manners (please, thank you, asking nicely), hand washing/building good habits, and not ignoring someone when they are talking to her. We let her try out new things on her own, and as long as it's safe, we don't fret about something spilling/breaking or making a mess. We try to be hands-off and not constantly tell her what to do. We ask if she wants help instead of assuming or interfering. We have appreciated caretakers who have our home feeling clean/picked up. We prefer that our caretaker not employ screen time/TV during the day. It is okay to listen to music and see pictures. Dad works from home and is a very involved parent. He and our little one are very close and she loves to say hi to him during the day and when coming home from outings. We love for our baby to get out of the house, go to playgrounds, be active, and be outside if the weather is okay. We also love reading, games, and art, and she is very good at playing by herself, and sometimes that is an important time for her to recharge. We also love learning from our nannies as they have more experience with babies and toddler behavior than we do." What are your children's favorite activities?: Baby loves sleeping, eating, and snuggling. 2-year-old enjoys playing outside and with her babies. She also loves music, dancing, books, and playgrounds/play places.
