Mommy's Helper/ Part Time Nanny Needed In January - Start Date Flexible

We are looking for someone to watch our infant J. during the week Monday - Thursday. I work from home and need help so that I can get my work done for a few hours during the day. There are some days I will have to leave for meetings but most days I will be in the house so "mommy's helper" might be more of the job title than nanny. Although I will try and be hands off so you can do your job while I do mine! J. will be 4 months in January, so she is getting to the point of consistent naps and a routine schedule. Most of the day will be feedings, tummy time, and naps. We are hoping to have someone stay with us long-term as we want to get her into daycare when she's a year old. So, if you're able to commit for a long gig that would be great. We would prefer someone who lives nearby because traffic could be hectic (78745). We don't have any pets; we don't expect someone to clean but we do want help with cleaning the bottles or anything used for J. nothing more.
