PT After-School Care Needed In Barton Hills

We are a family of five seeking an energetic caregiver to help us in the afternoons with our 6yo, 3yo and 18-month-old. This could involve school pickups for the two older kids, taking kids to after school activities or relieving our daytime nanny for the 18-month-old. Once we arrive home, we'd like help getting dinner set and lunch boxes washed and ready for the next day. Essentially, we need a third adult who can fill in where we need them on any given day to help our kiddos feel loved and cared for. We have had good luck with resourceful individuals who are playful with kids, and who can easily see where the needs are at any given moment whether diffusing bickering or helping tidy the kitchen. Ideally this person is available Tues, Wed, Thurs consistently and is available for occasional night/weekend babysitting 2-4x/month.
