Looking For Care For 3 Kids Under 3 For Around 10 Hours/week, Hours Flexible.

I have a 3 yr old boy & twin girls who are 1. 5years. I'm a full-time mom looking for someone who can come to our home for a few hours a few times a week & give me an opportunity to have my own time. Hours are flexible within the range Monday-Friday, 9am-5 p.m. For example, we have someone currently who comes to our home 10am-2 p.m. on Tues and Thurs. We love our current lady but she's becoming unavailable soon! She actively talks, reads, and sings to our kids the entire time she's with them. She is patient and kind. No house work expected, but leave the house in the same state that you found it. I want someone who shows up on time, is reliable, and smiles the whole time. We are Christian & conservative and it's very important to us that anyone around our children is respectful of that. And apolitical around our kids.
