We are a family looking for a full-time nanny to care for our 3 children: G 2, G 4, B 6. The ideal candidate is: - a professional career nanny. - organized and clean. - warm, caring and engaging. - able to establish loving but firm boundaries with the kids. - a self-starter who has a genuine interest in connecting with the kids. - takes feedback well. - comfortable working with the mother at home and the occasional presence of extended family. - able to take initiative to come up with developmentally-appropriate activities. - takes the time to understand kids emotions and can help with self regulations and big feelings. - willing to travel with the family.
