Loving Family Looking For Help While Expanding Family

We are looking for a part-time nanny that would work 8-5 Tues-Wed and possibly additional days depending on our work schedule. My wife works part-time but will be on maternity leave from Feb-May, and I own my own business so the hours would vary week to week. We need someone who is flexible with hours along with an impressive background and reliable. My wife will need help with the kids while she is on maternity leave. We need someone who will be with us long term, on time, minimum of 5 years in this field, and someone with great communication skills.
