Seeking a FT bilingual nanny for two littles

I'm a single mom of three (21, 4, &1) looking for someone to help me with the littles. The right person for our family would be fun, creative, and kind but also reassuring, communicative and assertive. We prioritize respect for others, being kind and working through our big feelings. A typical day would look something like this: Juan Luis Guerra is playing while we're washing up. You would prepare juices and smoothies. After breakfast, its activity, play or crafts. Lunch prep, reading and their nap which is 12-2:30, at most. You'll have packed or have your lunch delivered. They wake up, have a snack, and then outdoor activity: walk, park, play. Weekly, you rotate toys and books. I'm looking for a M-F 8-5 schedule with a date night Thu/Fri/Sat. Reliable transportation is essential and Montessori experience is a HUGE plus.
