ISO Kind, Loving, Positive, Nanny For 4 Month Baby Boy!

Seeking a nanny in Arlington for our 4-month-old baby boy. Must be CPR certified and have experience with infants. Our ideal nanny is kind, patient, loves children, has confidence in caregiving, carries a positive/growth-oriented mindset, will engage/play with our baby, is family oriented, and loves the outdoors. Looking to start someone ASAP! Responsibilities to be discussed. As baby grows light housekeeping and meal prep would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. Caregiving will be in our home and at our office. Hoping to find someone with a flexible schedule to work varying hours throughout the week (will discuss more during interview) and a some weekends throughout the year (With plenty of notice!!). Must be open to later evenings on Mondays and Wednesdays. We have a large dog who is trained.
