Part Time Occasional Babysitter Needed

Hi there! We are in search of a second babysitter to help for a few hours here and there during the day. This would be a random schedule that I would let you know in advance of days I'm needing you with potential to eventually increase hours. We currently have a 2-year-old son, with a little one on the way who will be here end of January/early February. I'd like for the right person to start early to mid January to establish a relationship with our son, and then we would just need you for random times while I'm on maternity leave. After maternity leave, I work 1-2 days a week as a labor and delivery nurse. We currently have a nanny 8-5 p.m. on days my husband and I are both working, but as she may be looking to cut back hours after #2 gets here, we'd love for you to step in. Flexibility will be key as the days I work change weekly! My husband and I are very laid back and don't expect much besides having fun with our son, getting him outdoors as weather allows, limiting screen time and preparing light meals.
