We have a 3 kids 2 girls and a boy our oldest is 3 years our middle is 2 and our little is 5 months old. Needing someone to watch the kids just for a few hours a few days a week so my wife can work from home. Basically someone to manage the chaos so my wife can get some work done. The schedule isn't set in stone mostly it's when I'm at work and my wife has meetings and deadlines to meet.
