Caregiver For 3 & 4 Yr Old Girls

I am looking for a caregiver to come to my home to watch my two beautiful girls. Someone who could also continue to encourage potty training would be ideal. In addition to potty training, I would appreciate someone who can engage them in creative play and educational activities. It's important that the caregiver is patient and nurturing, as my girls thrive in a supportive environment. Ideally, I would like to find someone with experience in early childhood development who can help foster their growth. A flexible schedule would also be a plus as well.
