Seeking Mandarin Speaking Babysitter

We are looking for a babysitter age 16 and older who is fluent in Mandarin. Our ultimate goal is exposure to the language for our toddler a couple times a week, a few hours each time. We have Montessori toys, a variety of books and everything you'd need to have fun with our toddler. We want someone who is vibrant, can be high energy to match her personality and open-minded. Your responsibility will be playing with her, involving her in real-life tasks (she loves helping out around the house in her own way) or reading to her. We are raising her Montessori style, so it will be a bonus if that's familiar, but we are happy to share more guidelines. Parents are work from home and will be around!
