Nanny Needed For My Children In Allen.

My wife and I are both emergency room physicians who gave birth to twin healthy boys in September 2024. My wife is currently not working so she will be home full time, while I will be working approximately 120-130 hours per month, usually 9 hours at a time, at various times of the day. I work mornings, evenings, and nights, so our needs may vary from day to day and week to week. My schedule is available 2 to 3 months in advance, so we can plan well ahead for what times Nanny coverage will be needed. We are mainly looking for someone to help my wife at home while I'm not there, but may also need help on days where I am home as well. We are open to discussing a flexible schedule.
