About the job
My husband and I have an almost 4-year-old son who is autistic and currently non-verbal. He is in ABA therapy every day until 2:30. I will need help picking him up from there and taking him home and staying with him until 5:30 when I get home from work. I am a teacher for Allen. My son loves being active (swings, climbing, slides, spinning) and watching movies. He has a tendency to elope and does not have the typical sense of danger due to his autism so he will need to be closely monitored at home. He has the sweetest smile and loves to laugh. I have a 2. 5-year-old daughter as well, but she will be in daycare until I pick her up after work. We have two large and easy-going dogs at home who do not need much care outside of being let into backyard to go potty if needed.
