My son is super sweet & happy and honestly a very straightforward baby, but we have not mastered a consistent nap schedule or sleeping independently in his crib. I am a work from home mom, but I need someone for 3-4 hrs a day to tend to him and make sure he gets lots of intentional playtime, feed, & and naps while I get my work done. The hours & days are flexible so even if its only 2-3 days a week or certain hours we are ok with that.
