Seeking a nurturing caregiver for our 19-month-old daughter M-F 9-5, who is passionate about early childhood development. The right person will provide a stimulating, loving environment. --------- Responsibilities: - Engage in activities to support cognitive, emotional, and physical growth. - Create a safe, nurturing space for exploration and learning. - Maintain daily routines (meals, naps, diaper changes) while fostering independence. - Communicate daily updates and observations. ------------ Qualifications: - Experience with toddlers - Familiarity with Montessori methods is a plus - Warm, patient, and dependable
