Nanny Wanted For My Son Who Is Currently 16mon. Will Only Need Care While I'm Deployed For 9 Months

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Springfield. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is CPR certified and who has a college degree. I am a Army mother who will be deploying in Feb 2025. My sons father will have him while I'm away and works weekends Saturday-Wednesday. He is currently on post for daycare. But I'm looking to transition him come to the end of January before I leave. I've been looking around for a civilians daycare and am not impressed with what I'm finding so im wondering if a nanny would be best for him. I just want what's the best for him he's a sweet boy who loves to play with balls and watch Moana. I'm more than open on talking price I've never hired a nanny before so I will be respectful to you and what you should be paid.
